CONCLUSIONS
They killed hundreds of thousands of dogs and they have spent tens of millions of euros, and now we have dogs on the street.
Most mayors have applied euthanasia over 10 years, even if in the past two years has been banned.
Some local councils have not taken any action.
Few local councils have applied the method of sterilization.
The only places where the number of dogs on was drastically reduced are those that have implemented mass sterillization (examples: Oradea Lugoj)
In Oradea has reduced the number of dogs from 4000 to 600, over a period of four years.
In Lugoj the number of dogs fell from 2500 to 235, over a period of three years.
